Sitebound ("we", "our", "us") is operated from the Netherlands and is committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect
When you submit a URL for auditing, we collect: the URL itself, a full-page screenshot of your website, the scraped text content of the page, and optionally your email address if you choose to unlock the full audit. We also log your IP address to prevent abuse of the service.
How we use it
The URL, screenshot, and content are processed by AI to generate conversion improvement suggestions. This data is stored so you can share your audit via a private link. We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than providing the audit service.
Storage and retention
Audit data is stored in Supabase (EU region). We retain audit records for up to 90 days, after which they are automatically deleted. You can request earlier deletion at any time by emailing us.
Third-party services
We use Firecrawl to capture screenshots and scrape page content, and AI providers to analyse the results. Your website content is passed to these services solely to provide the audit. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at info@sitebound.co with the audit URL or link. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for the service to function. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
