These terms govern your use of Sitebound. By submitting a URL for auditing, you agree to these terms.
The service
Sitebound provides AI-powered conversion analysis of publicly accessible websites. The free tier returns up to 3 identified issues. Paying €19 unlocks all issues found (typically 8–12) plus AI-generated visual fix previews for each.
What you may audit
You may only submit URLs to websites you own, operate, or have explicit permission to audit. You may not use automated scripts to submit URLs in bulk or in rapid succession.
Refund policy
If your paid audit surfaces fewer than 5 conversion issues, we will issue a full refund. For other refund requests, email info@sitebound.co within 14 days of purchase and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
No warranty
Audit results are AI-generated and advisory in nature. They do not constitute professional UX, conversion, or legal advice. We make no guarantee that implementing the suggested fixes will increase your conversion rate.
Prohibited use
You may not resell or redistribute audit results commercially, attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis, or use the service in any way that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure. Abuse will result in access being blocked.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sitebound is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
